At first client may not even know what and why it happens. He thinks that someone should change in his life or something should change in his life externally.
But of course, if someone comes to psychotherapy the only thing we can do is actually concentrate on him or herself. So the aim is actually to identify and try to change troubling thoughts, emotions, and behaviors within ourselves.”
