This program is designed to be short term to help clients transition back to non-intensive outpatient therapy.
Our counselors combine individualized compassionate care with the proven psychotherapy techniques and help their clients discuss their thoughts and feelings in the most effective way. Our counselors can help with long-held, unhealthy beliefs and construct new skills for coping with everyday stress
Our counselors include complimentary adjunctive therapy that includes art, music, and recreation to encourage client engagement and to increase opportunities to utilize the skills that they are learning in individual and group sessions. Groups also include work-life balance, nutrition and wellness, mindfulness, healthy relationships, exercise, and positive uses of free time.
