Obsessive compulsive disorder is a faulty way of trying to deal with anxiety – as well as being a stress condition driven by anxiety. Someone suffering from OCD will feel that they have no option to give in to their compulsions.

In this video I’ll talk about common obsessive thoughts and compulsions, why people develop OCD, and I’ll share 3 techniques for treating OCD (or to help you deal with it).
